So glad you've conquered the "dreaded" disease. What helps me is colloidal silver spray. I use it anytime I get home from wherever I've been. Argentyn 23. And the higher iver dose - the flccc raised the doseage level for these newer variants. I know people who have used the previous lower prophylactic doses and have gotten "it" - after reminding them of the higher doses they kicked it to the curb in a day.
Love that the paxlovid is sitting all by its lonesome on the pharmacy shelf - another example of civil disobedience.
Once I could swallow again without uttering 4 letter words, I got right back on D3/K2, COq10, MegaRed Krill Oil, Trace Mineral Drops, Beet Root and Reishi Mushroom Extract. I've been taking those daily since the get-go of this concocted disease.
Ivermectin makes me mildly dizzy. I couldn’t figure out what was causing it, then in another substack someone mentioned it and a lightbulb when off! 😆 Can’t pull anything off on me 😎
Didn't really do much of anything, really....except pain mitigation. It was a mutha, no doubt. Still proudly, defiantly living prescription free. (Though, I think the Z-Pac helped. No merry-go-round drugs.
Eric, so glad you came out on the other side, intact.
Well, I guess I caught the covid too, throat on fire. Finally able to eat something more, today. Brutal trying to swallow. Couple of days ago hubby says 'i think somebody needs to go to urgent care'. I said NO, perfectly. I simply had a sore throat. But I don't remember having such a sore throat.
Reading the beginnings of your journey into this was quite amusing and so glad you've bounced back to yourself. I should be back, soon.
Had a similar negotiation when I went to see a nurse practitioner during a bout of pretty severe upper respiratory malaise around the holidays. Home remedies were not moving the needle and finally decided to roll the dice with traditional medicine. She pushed a covid test, I refused. But said she was sure it was covid and wanted to write me a scrip for Paxlovid. I said it's a sinus infection, I need an antibiotic. It was a major negotiation but I held firm and she did write a scrip for an antibiotic even as she said 'this is not going to work'...Started feeling better within 24 hours.
At least in Winter, especially in northern climates. I get as much sun as I can in summer, always avoiding sunscreen, and occasionally avoiding clothing.

So, that's your excuse? 🤣
Day drinking? 🤣 just kidding, I only drink during the day when cooking that blasted Turkey on Thanksgiving.
Paxlovid, black boxed, 145 drug interactions, 21% rebound. No thanks! Eat some chicken soup.

Erik! I hate to “like “ this post since you are in such misery. Do you not have IVM or HCQ????
Thanks....I'm over it now. I wrote it up today, but it was a few weeks ago.
Good to know. 🥰
Do you have a resource for IVM or HCQ because I’ll bet it would have helped you.
Yeah, I had some on hand. Was taking those, too. Not sure how or if they did anything. It hung around for a LONG time.
Phew. I was going call you a pussy and tell you stop whining. I'm glad I didn't.
I was calling myself a pussy every 15 minutes.
Very glad you're better, Eric! Also, very glad you didn't take the crap prescribed. Rebounds should only be for basketball.
Thanks. They might've had better luck if it would have stated: "The FDA has not approved this treatment." I, at least, would have taken a closer look.

Yeah, the sore throat portion of the program was like none that I have experienced before. Brutal describes it perfectly.

Were you taking Vitamin D3? Are you now (like, say, 50,000 IU daily for a few days)?
Never got that high. 20,000 at the peak.
You've encouraged me to up my dosage of D3. Disclosing that it was 5k IU daily.
I go back and forth...5 to 10k daily. I'm in Florida, so sunshine is ample. It's sunny and 78 today.
Rub it in, 1-3" tonight in central Ohio.
Ugh. Grew up in Maine. I get it. ☹️
